Board of Directors Reorganization

During the October 15, 2022 Board of Directors meeting, it was announced that regrettably two of our Directors had submitted their resignations. One is selling his home in Pocono Springs, and the other is resigning due to commitments back at his primary residence. With that, we thank Floyd Chappel and Lowell Delp for their service on the the Board of Directors.

Two weeks ago, an announcement was posted in the eBlast and on the website, requesting volunteers who would like to serve on the Board to fill vacancies. Ten property owners submitted their names for consideration. We would like to thank those who volunteered.

On Thursday, October 13th, the Board met in an Executive Session via a Zoom meeting to review those who submitted their name. Each of these ten property owners were discussed thoroughly, and two were selected.

The two vacancies on the Board will be filled by the following property owners.

  • Victor “Vic” Jovino is to serve the remaining one year on Floyd Chappel’s term.
  • Anthony “Tony” Arciprete is to serve the remaining two years of Lowell Delp’s term.

These two appointees were voted on and approved at the October 15th Board Meeting.

Since Floyd Chappel was nominated for President of the Board in September, the Board needed to reorganize the officers. After the Board meeting, the Directors went into Executive Session to reorganize and choose officers. The results of that reorganization, and the new makeup of the Board is as follows:

PositionName
PresidentTony Arciprete
Vice PresidentTerry Kenwood
TreasurerRay Barcia
SecretaryJoe Slowik
DirectorTom Fazio
DirectorMike Rosenberg
DirectorVic Jovino

There are many challenges ahead for this term of the Board of Directors, and we wish them much success.
